Potential investigative evidence associated with loss locations can deteriorate rapidly due to the effects of factors including but not limited to: inclement weather, construction projects, road wear and other natural or human forces. Witness Express will not be held responsible for evidence that is missing or altered due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable factors.
1. Every effort will be made by Witness Express field technicians to digitally document loss locations in a manner that: (1) accurately portrays those locations as they exist at the time the information is recorded (2) focuses on specific aspects of loss locations that may have been identified and requested at the time orders are placed. Witness Express LLC is not responsible for and does not guarantee its digital documentation sets as being appropriate or suitable for use in courts of law.
2. Witness Express LLC provides on-line, internet viewing of digital media documentation sets as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours of the time an order is placed. However, the length of time between an order and its availability on-line cannot be guaranteed due to weather or Internet factors that may be beyond Witness Express’s control.
3. The electronic delivery of digital media placed on www.witness-express.com to the client ordering an assignment shall constitute fulfillment of that order by Witness Express.

Witness Express will make every effort to deliver services whose quality and completeness meet or exceed the expectations of its customers. However, in consideration of the accelerated nature of the field services we schedule, all purchases of Witness Express services are final. No refunds, warranties, or cancellations, express or implied, apply to purchases of services from www.witness-express.com.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Witness Express’s services may not meet the needs of every customer. Witness Express reserves the right to refuse service to existing or potential customers when circumstances indicate that a relationship with Witness Express may be inappropriate. Witness Express also reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose prior transactions with Witness Express indicate that continuation of this relationship would constitute a business liability to Witness Express.
